Project overview
Development of an exclusive online marketplace for Coudrees that connects users with French artisans and emphasizes uniqueness.
Coudrees was a young French startup at the beginning of its journey. The founder wanted to create a place where people can find high-quality made-to-measure products and collaborate directly with ateliers. Before the project there was no digital foundation. Ordering, coordination and pricing were manual, time-consuming and barely scalable.
For a working marketplace, many workflows had to be rethought from scratch: from measurements and variants to communication between atelier and buyer. The challenge lay primarily in the logic. Every process step needed to be precisely defined and technically implemented to create a smooth experience.
