How a feature is made
Every feature of your software goes through these five development steps.
Describe
Our AI drafts what the feature needs to do. Your point of contact reviews the draft, corrects it and approves it.
Test criteria
Before any code is written, it is defined how to tell that the feature works correctly. The AI is measured against this later.
Build
The AI writes the feature and its tests until all tests pass. After every change, a security check runs automatically.
Independent review
A second, independent pass checks the work against the description and the rules. Anything that doesn't fit goes back.
Approval
An experienced developer reviews the finished stage, meaning the group of features delivered together, and approves it. Only then does it go into your product.
A 45-minute meeting every two weeks. You click through what has been built since last time yourself, and we propose the next step. You decide. In between, you don't have to deliver anything.
Your point of contact talks with you about benefits, costs and deadlines. They decide the small things themselves, only bring you what only you can decide, and tell you when a feature isn't worth its money.
A dashboard shows you at any time what is being worked on. Questions go through a shared chat, and all documents are in one folder. You never have to ask for a status update.

Workshop
Online, with our best strategy experts. You don't need to prepare anything. Afterwards, you have a fully worked-out concept in hand: what your product will do, what it brings you, how it will be built, and a roadmap with stages. The concept belongs to you, even if you don't continue with us.
Setup
The preparation: we compare your idea with around 30 similar products, describe your users and their path through the software screen by screen, and define the design in your brand and the technical architecture.
Development
We build in stages, one feature after another. You see a first clickable version after a few days. Every two weeks we show you what's new, and you decide the next step.
Operations and further development
The first version is live and in use. From now on, the team works like your own software department: it keeps the product running securely, keeps building stage by stage and brings you improvement ideas every month. You decide the pace every month.
