In2humans had been working with a manual, barely scalable setup. Personality questionnaires were queried via Zapier, evaluation was done manually and every recommendation was created individually. A SaaS model was not possible.
Coaches, teachers or team leads had no efficient way to automatically onboard large groups such as classes or teams and manage their profiles centrally.
