
Rebranding for a Geneva University Pharma Spin-off

Project overview
For Reverso Therapeutics, a spin-off of the University of Geneva in the field of next-gen anticoagulation, we developed a precise and recognizable branding. The result strengthens their position with researchers, partners and investors.
Reverso Therapeutics is developing a novel anticoagulant that can be instantly deactivated with a simple antidote. The scientific innovation was strong, but the brand image was not. The existing logo was complex, hard to remember and offered no clear identity. For a pharma spin-off that needs to convey trust, credibility and precision, this was a risk. The founders needed a brand that feels both scientific and modern enough to be taken seriously in pitches and partnerships. Professionalism, recognition and a visual system that supports their story were particularly central.

We implemented a complete rebranding that was defined and finalized within 1 to 2 weeks.
The focus was on a reduced, strong logo made of two blood drops moving against each other. Together they form a closed cycle, visualizing reversibility and control.
Additionally, a compact brand system was created with:
- color palette with red as the primary color
- clear typography
- modular brand components
- a concise brand guideline for consistent use in pitch decks and communication materials

The new branding significantly sharpens the positioning of Reverso. The brand now looks professional, technological and trustworthy. Pitches are clearer, the story is visually supported and recognition is high. The founders present themselves more confidently because the branding credibly conveys their scientific work.
