Concept development for a soccer app with skill-based leveling system and real life challenges, moderated by administrators.
The idea for the app existed, but only in the founder's head. There was no tangible structure, no flow and no visual idea of how the app could work later on. Without a clear concept, neither feedback could be gathered nor a realistic scope of development defined.
The founder needed a solution that makes his idea understandable and shows how users complete challenges, collect points and compare themselves.

The app includes unique features such as “goal of the month,” a dynamic leveling system and a reset function for administrators to continuously offer new incentives.
