How are HubSpot's prices made up?
HubSpot offers a free version with basic features. There are three paid levels available for advanced requirements: Starter, Professional, and Enterprise.
HubSpot has a tiered pricing model. The monthly costs consist of several components:
- Hubs: HubSpot consists of various modules, the hubs. This includes Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data and Commerce. The selection of hubs determines the range of functions of your package and has a direct influence on the monthly costs.
- Price levels: Each hub can be booked in Starter, Professional or Enterprise levels. The selected level influences both the price and the features included.
- Seats (user licenses): A seat is required for every person who actively works with HubSpot.
- Marketing contacts: There are additional costs in Marketing Hub, depending on the number of active marketing contacts.
- Onboarding fees: Professional and Enterprise levels require a one-time setup fee.
- Optional add-ons: There may be additional fees for certain extensions, such as dedicated IP addresses, reporting packages, or higher API limits.
HubSpot's actual price is the combination of seats, marketing contacts, onboarding, and optional add-ons.
Note: HubSpot announces its prices in many currencies, but not in Swiss francs. In Europe, HubSpot communicates prices across the board in euros.
