InStore Hub GmbH

Website for Retail App Startup

Project overview

Creating branding and landing pages for InStore, a Zurich-based startup that seamlessly combines physical and digital shopping and boosts the local economy.

Challenge

InStore Hub wanted to connect the physical and digital shopping worlds. This required a strong brand and a web presence that cleanly distinguishes between the two most important target groups.

The challenge was to attract store owners to the platform while at the same time conveying to customers how easily local shopping can work digitally. Without a clear structure and target-group-specific communication, the market entry would have been more difficult.

Solution
  • branding
We developed two branding proposals that integrate both the physical and digital worlds of shopping. Following customer feedback, we refined the chosen branding concept to ensure a strong brand identity with high recognition value.
  • Landing pages
Detailed wireframes for two landing pages were created, with a focus on the strategic placement of CTAs (call-to-actions) and a well-structured arrangement of the sections. The user experience was optimized to achieve a high conversion rate.
Impact
  • Strong brand identity
The end result is a strong and recognizable brand that combines the physical and digital shopping world of InStore.
  • Conversion-optimized landing pages
Two well-structured landing pages offer a high conversion rate and a positive user experience by presenting InStore services and products in a clear and appealing way.
  • Positive user journey
Users are well informed and motivated to take action, which leads to an increased conversion rate and a positive user journey.
