Cardio Center Lucerne receives a Webflow website that guides patients safely through complex topics and noticeably relieves the team.

Challenge

Cardio Center Lucerne is one of the leading cardiological centers in Central Switzerland. Under the direction of Prof. Dr. med. Florim Cuculi, the clinic offers a broad spectrum of modern cardiac diagnostics and procedures. The previous website could not reflect this quality. It was confusing, thin on content and helped neither with orientation nor with appointment preparation.

Many patients had specific concerns and were looking for understandable information on procedures and medical terms. At the same time, a lot of effort was generated in the team's daily work because follow-up questions had to be answered manually time and again.

Solution

Axisbits developed a completely new Webflow website that is technically precise, clearly structured and easy to understand at the same time.

Core components:

  • comprehensive service overview with detailed treatment pages such as cardiac CT or ultrasound examinations
  • integrated glossary with medical terms
  • structured appointment request with clear guiding questions for pre-qualification
  • CMS foundation for simple, long-term maintenance

In the design, credibility, medical precision and the personality of Prof. Dr. Cuculi were subtly made visible. The solution guides users through the most important steps without overwhelming them.

Impact

Today patients find what they are looking for more quickly. The new website builds trust, clarifies pre-visit questions and thus reduces the administrative workload of the clinic. Appointment requests are more structured and better prepared, which noticeably simplifies the process.
